We ordered a 10 yard bin to clear out years of accumulated stuff (not including furniture) from a town home. The lady we spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and professional. Just prior to having the Bin delivered, we realized a 10 yard capacity would probably not be sufficient so we called and chaneged to a 20 yard. No problem at all. We completely filled the Bin and three days later had BTDT come pick it up. Efficient, easy, and perfect for our needs. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience overall from the initial phone call to the final haul off. Very professional and fast service too. Not to mention they beat everybody in town on price. I didn't even have to be there when they dropped it off or picked it up. They put the dumpster on wood as well so no scratches or anything on my driveway. If you're looking for a roll off for a project don't bother looking anywhere else. You will not find better service or a better price. Will definitely use again.

When it comes to making Dumpster Loading Easier we have some innovations we think you'll like. The best example is probably the walk-in double doors you'll find on all of our containers.
You don't have to throw your back out filling your container any more. You can open the double doors instead and give your back a break. It's the best way to load up those heavy items and you can pack more in because you can pick the spot where you want to place each item.
Yes, you get to pick your dumpster size when you rent your bin from us. We have a variety of available sizes to fit the needs of different projects. Our smallest is the 6, but you can also choose from a 10-yard, 14-yard and a 20-yard. If you're not sure which way to go, just ask us — we'll be happy to help.
The weight you can load in a bin can vary based on where you live. For example, it could be as low as 4000 pounds for a 20-yard or as high as 8000 pounds. When you call to rent your bin one of our Live Dumpster Consultants can go over the limits for the size you choose with you.
We always let you pick the spot for your bin as long as there are no obstacles in the way. While there isn't a set limit to how close we can get to a wall, we do suggest at least 6 feet. This will give you enough room to open and use the dumpster doors.
