They were incredibly responsive, always getting back to me quickly. What really made a difference for me was handling everything through text messages – it was so easy and fit perfectly into my busy schedule. Their flexibility was a lifesaver. Over the holidays, they didn't hesitate to give me an extension when I needed it. Then, just yesterday, I found myself needing one more day. I texted them late at night, around 9 PM, and by 7 AM the next morning, they had already responded, granting me a second extension.
Their readiness to accommodate my requests, even on such short notice, was truly impressive. I've used various dumpster companies in the past, but Bin There Dump That stands out by a mile. We ordered a 10 yard bin to clear out years of accumulated stuff (not including furniture) from a town home. The lady we spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and professional. Just prior to having the Bin delivered, we realized a 10 yard capacity would probably not be sufficient so we called and chaneged to a 20 yard. No problem at all. We completely filled the Bin and three days later had BTDT come pick it up. Efficient, easy, and perfect for our needs. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience overall from the initial phone call to the final haul off. Very professional and fast service too. Not to mention they beat everybody in town on price. I didn't even have to be there when they dropped it off or picked it up. They put the dumpster on wood as well so no scratches or anything on my driveway. If you're looking for a roll off for a project don't bother looking anywhere else. You will not find better service or a better price. Will definitely use again.

Bin There Dump That dumpsters are not designed for hazardous materials, such as asbestos, chemicals, or explosives. We also cannot accept tires, batteries, propane tanks, and other hazardous or flammable items. If you have any questions about what can and cannot be placed in our dumpsters, our customer service team will be happy to help.
We offer flexible rental periods to fit your project needs. Our standard rental period is 7 days, but we can extend your rental period for an additional fee. If you need a dumpster for a shorter or longer period, just let us know, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
In some cases, you may need a permit to place a dumpster on public property, such as a street or sidewalk. However, if you plan to place the dumpster on your private property, such as your driveway or yard, you typically do not need a permit.
